The Lenovo's motion control is supported only on the following devices and series: Z Series laptops, Yoga Series laptops, as well as A Series and B Series desktops. I've checked Lenovo Support for this product, but there is no download for Lenovo Motion Control.
You can check the downloads for yourself as well using the following link. Therefore, you will need to buy another device from those series to be able to use Lenovo Motion Control.
